Tips:

  • Make sure to use the most up-to-date versions. (Get rid of old stock, especially if it has been replaced or updated.)
  • Allow enough time for orders to be processed by the CER (our service standard is typically within two business days, but for large orders of multiple titles, consider allowing more time.)
  • Know your audience and provide only relevant publications, rather than using all of the publications all of the time. Have additional information on hand to provide if and when people ask for it.If you need specific information, provide us with feedback and we can consider assembling a special publication.
  • Consider using electronic copies where possible. All of our publications are available in HTML and PDF format.
