Participate in a hearing
The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) is committed to fair, inclusive, transparent, and efficient hearings and decisions. Our processes enable us to engage meaningfully with Canadians, and in particular Indigenous Peoples, in our public hearings.
We are committed to reconciliation and are evolving our hearings to make it easier for Indigenous peoples to participate in ways that work best for them. We also consider the impact our work has on Indigenous rights and take into account Indigenous knowledge when we make our decisions.
