Introduction

The National Energy Board held a public hearing on 28 January 2008 in response to oppositions about portions of the proposed detailed route of the Emera Brunswick Pipeline to be constructed by Emera Brunswick Pipeline Company Ltd.

Objections to the second detailed route proposal submitted by EBPC were considered during a hearing held in Saint John, New Brunswick, on 9 July 2008.

A compilation of recent decisions regarding the detailed route hearings for the Emera Brunswick Pipeline in a single blue book document was released on 30 September 2008.
