TGS NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA, Petroleum GeoServices and MultiKlient Invest AS (TGS/PGS/MKI) NorthEastern Canada 2D Seismic Exploration Survey (the Project) – Request for Consent Clarification
As requested in TGS/PGS/MKI’s correspondence dated 7 August 2012, the National Energy Board has revised the Consent to Disclosure form to clarify the relationship between TGS, PGS and MKI. Please have MM sign and return the attached Consent to Disclosure form to Kyle Sherwin, Team Leader of Conservation of Resources, by 10 August 2012.

Pursuant to the Canada Petroleum Resources Act, s. 101(2.1)
TGS NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA and Petroleum GeoServices (PGS) have entered into a joint venture to conduct the proposed NorthEastern Canada 2D Seismic Exploration Survey Project (the Project). MultiKlient Invest AS (MKI) is the Project operator and a wholly owned subsidiary of PGS.
As the provider of information and documentation under the Canada Oil and Gas Operations Act, MM consents to the disclosure of materials related to the environmental assessment for the Project.
