Planned initiatives |
The NEB will continue to enhance opportunities for public and Indigenous participation in NEB adjudication processes to ensure it responds to issues of concern to Canadians. 1. Review of adjudication processes to ensure they are working for Indigenous Peoples. Performance indicators for this initiative will be the targets and measures for our core responsibility, Energy Adjudication.
Performance consideration will be reviewed quarterly by the NEB’s Performance Measurement and Evaluation Committee, which is chaired by the NEB’s Chair and CEO. 2.
